Get the function URL from Dashboard → Code → Functions → partnerSubscriptionWebhook and copy its endpoint URL.

In Stripe, open Developers → Webhooks and click Add endpoint. Paste the function URL.

Subscribe to these 4 events:
customer.subscription.createdcustomer.subscription.updatedcustomer.subscription.deletedinvoice.paid4
After creating the endpoint, copy its Signing secret (starts with whsec_) and ensure it's saved as the STRIPE_WEBHOOK_SECRET environment variable.
